2 oz white chocolate (vanilla flavored is best!)
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup sugar
1-2 tsp rainbow sprinkles
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cake flavored vodka (REALLY makes it good!)
3 tbsp flour
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, and grease 2 or 3 ramekins/custard cups/little baking vessels.
Melt together the chocolate and butter, then mix in the sugar, beaten egg/yolk, vanilla, and vodka. Whisk in the flour and sprinkles.
Divide among ramekins, and bake for about 10 minutes, or until a toothpick poked near the edge is clean. The middle should still be nice and wet.
Allow to sit (please!) for 10 more minutes before devouring.
